Nishtar Alumni Association of North America (NANA) was established around 1985. In the absence of a website and electronic communications, most of such details are obscure and we are still trying to put the pieces together.


Dr. Tanveer Qureshi was the first president. Dr. Shahid Latif introduced the first website of NANA. The  website was registered in the name of Dr. Abdul Jabbar (one of the past presidents of NANA) in 2003. 
The website was revamped by NANA president Dr. Haroon Durrani MD in 2010.
In 2011, Dr. Imran Ata (secretary of NANA) decided to revamp the website once again. That led to creation of a Web committee that would run the website from now on.
The Web committee will be responsible for maintaining and updating the current website.
